DIY Jewelweed Salve

Concoct your own medicinal jewelweed salve, and learn about the folk medicine and ecology of this amazing plant! Registrants will learn how to identify, harvest, and process jewelweed to be used as a remedy for poison-ivy and insect bites. We will take a short, gentle hike to find the jewelweed on a dirt path with small hills. This program is best for adults and children ages 12 and up. Free pre-registration is required. Registration opens on June 30th.
