Snakes, Serpents, and Dragons!

Learn about the origins of dragon, serpent, and wyvern myths across cultures and how many are likely inspired by our most misunderstood wildlife: snakes!  Then, go on a hike to search for snakes and learn how to safely handle them. We will hike for about half a mile, flipping metal snake tins that are set out for them to use as hides, and we may be getting up close and personal with both wild and captive snakes.  

Because part of this program will be indoors, and the other half we will be looking for wildlife, we ask that you leave your pets at home. Registration is required, all ages.
