Sunset River Paddle

Join us as the sun sets for a canoe adventure along the Ohio River! We will be on the river for about an hour and will paddle upriver about 0.5 miles. Depending on water levels, we may enter the estuary in Crooked Run Nature Preserve. 

 Registration is required. Every participant must register individually. (opens one month prior to program date)

All equipment is provided- Canoes, Paddles, Lifevest/jackets. Ages 12 and up only. Any single canoers will be paired together.

• All participants must be 12 years of age or older to participate. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. 
• Only 2 people per canoe, any single canoers will be paired.
• Participants cannot be under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or marijuana to participate. Park staff reserves the right to deny participation to intoxicated persons.
• For your safety, river paddles are subject to weather. If there is inclement weather, the trip may be postponed or cancelled.
