Talkin' Turkey

Seen any turkeys lately? Get to know the bird that’s on everyone’s Thanksgiving guest list! After virtually vanishing from Ohio by 1904, wild turkeys can now be found in all of the state's 88 counties.

Learn all about their amazing comeback story, adaptations, and behaviors at Clingman Park. We will learn through a short lecture, activities, and a short hike if weather permits. Free, no registration required. This program is best for ages 8 and up.
