Winter Wellness: Sound Bath & Hike

Let Kim from Soothe by Sound guide you through a 1 hour sound bath followed by an optional reflection hike. Free, registration is required. Option to bring your own padded mat or eye masks. We will be laying down on the floor, seating available if needed. Notebook and pens provided for any reflection.
