Women's Camping Retreat

Join Clermont Parks and Arrow Adventures for an overnight at Chilo Lock 34 Park and Crooked Run Nature Preserve to learn, explore, and share an adventure together! We welcome adults who are 21+ for whom being female is an important part of their identity or lived experience. Guests will choose what activities they’d like to attend throughout the day. Spots are limited!

• 1pm - 2:30pm: Arrival activities

  • Crafting drum mallets with scavenged leather
  • Journaling 
• 1:30pm - 2:30pm: Winter camping tips 
• 3pm - 4pm: Backpacking for women 101
• 3pm - 4:30pm: Canoe float  
• 5:30pm - 7:30pm: Dinner and campfire cooking 
• 7pm: River History Museum Tour
• 9pm - 10:30pm: Campfire Circle
