Let your stresses wash away and enjoy the healing power of nature during community yoga sessions at Sycamore Park every Saturday in June through September 17. This morning practice is a cross between a Slow Flow Gentle Yoga and a Beginning Yoga practice with modifications to suit different experience levels. Practicing yoga in a group is an excellent way to help others with their practice and get consistency in yours! Let's breathe together with certified yoga instructors from East Cincy Yoga as our guides!
 
Adults and teens from beginner to advanced are welcome! Please bring a blanket, yoga mat, water and any other optional props you like to use (such as yoga blocks or straps).
