Grailville Nature Preserve Groundbreaking

Grailville Nature Preserve Groundbreaking
Ceremonial Digging

Ground has offically been broken at the 112-acre Grailville Nature Preserve, located in Loveland, scheduled for completion in Spring 2027.

The former farm and retreat center is being thoughtfully developed into a public preserve with expanded access to nature, recreation, and environmental education. The current project will include small shelter work pods, a restroom facility, natural play area, short paved trail, native landscaping, an outdoor classroom, a boardwalk, and a gathering space that overlooks the expansive fields within an approximately three-acre project area.

Made possible through support from the Clean Ohio Greenspace Fund, Appalachian Community Grant Program, and State Capital Grant funds, the project represents a collaborative investment in conservation and community recreation. Design is being led by Burgess & Niple, construction by Perkins Carmack Construction, and the preserve's trail system will be developed by Clermont County Park District staff.

Grailville Nature Preserve will provide new opportunities for residents and visitors to explore, learn, and connect with nature. We look forward to its completion and celebrating this beautiful new addition to Clermont County’s growing park system!
