Celebrate the summer colors of our native flowers with the Japanese art of tataki-zome (hammered dye). Participants will get to dye fabric, and learn how to identify common flowers in this free program. Participants can gather their blooms along the paved parking lot or mowed lawn. We will also have pre-cut flowers available if gathering your own is not accessible to you. Free, fun for all ages, pre-registration is required. Registered guests can drop in anytime between 4pm and 5:30pm to make their artwork.
