Special Event Request Form

This form is for public events. This could include concerts, 5Ks, car shows, markets, or any other event in which you are inviting a public audience. If you are planning a private party or event (birthday party, shower, reunion, work function) you simply will need to contact the office about the shelter or facility that you are interested in reserving. You do not need to fill this form out for private events.

If interested in holding a public event at a Clermont County Park, please submit this form no later than 60 days prior to your event. After receiving this form, we will contact you regarding availability, costs, event specifications and individual park capabilities.

Larger crowds may require the event promoter to provide extra trash receptacles, dumpsters, hand washing stations, and portable restrooms. Please note: event organizers can not charge an entry fee into the parks.
