Seeking bids for the construction of the Grailville Preserve & Park - Phase 1
Sealed bids for the construction of the Grailville Preserve & Park – Phase 1 will be received by the Board of Park
Commissioners of the Clermont County Park District, 2156 US HWY 50 Batavia, Ohio 45103, until 3:00 PM
Local Time on May 12. 2026 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
Grailville Preserve & Park – Phase 1
Work under this Project is generally defined as: construction of a new park development to include pavilion/restroom
building, three “work pod” shelters, new entrance drive and parking lot, utility connections, natural play playground,
natural stone outdoor classroom space, bio/play swale, bio-retention pond, small gabion dam, site grading, concrete
and gravel walks, elevated boardwalk including timber piles, indigenous plantings and prairie restoration. The Owner
expects to proceed with the construction under the Project immediately after satisfactory acceptance and award of the
construction bid and execution of the contract, with completion of all work within 304 calendar days from the date of
the Notice to Proceed or April 1, 2027; whichever comes first. The Engineer’s Estimate for this Project is
$2,170,080.00
