There’s something extra special about a gift made by hand, and we’re excited to bring together a wonderful group of local makers and artisans for our first Handmakers’ Holly & Hearth Market.

If you pour a little bit of yourself into what you create, we’d love to see it! Whether you make beautiful décor, art, jewelry, sweet treats, cozy creations, or something completely your own, we invite you to apply and help us create a warm, festive holiday market for our community.

Applications are open through October 19, and all applicants will be notified of their application status by October 23.

Outdoor Vendors

We’re creating a warm, old-fashioned Christmas market atmosphere throughout Pattison Lodge and the surrounding grounds, and each vendor booth will be part of that experience!

To help us create that beautiful, cohesive Christmas market, we ask all outdoor vendors, if possible, to bring a white 10' × 10' tent/canopy. For safety, outdoor tents must also be properly weighted.

A Little Something for our Shopping Friends

If you're able, we invite each participating maker to contribute one small item from your business to be included in special Holly & Hearth gift baskets to raffle off for a couple of our amazing guests. It's a fun way for us to showcase the wonderful makers participating in the market.

Vendor Set-Up

Set-Up is Between 8:30 and 11:30 am

We'll have complimentary coffee and donuts waiting for our vendors during setup!

All booths should be completely set up and vendor vehicles moved to designated parking by 11:30 AM so we're ready to welcome guests at noon.

Market Hours: Noon till 7:00 PM

Please plan to remain set up through the end of the market. Vendor teardown begins at 7:00 PM.

A Few Things to Know

Holly & Hearth is meant to feel warm, festive and welcoming. We encourage you to have fun with your booth and bring your own personality to it! Christmas touches are encouraged, but you don't need to purchase elaborate decorations. Please keep your display within your 10' × 10' space and keep neighboring booths and walkways clear.
