Facility Rental Rate Update – Effective January 1, 2027

Beginning January 1, 2027, the Clermont County Park District will implement updated rental rates for Non-Clermont County residents only. Rental rates for Clermont County residents will remain unchanged.

All reservations made before January 1, 2027, will be honored at the current rental rates, regardless of whether the event takes place in 2027 or 2028

New Non-Resident Rental Rates (Reservations Made January 1, 2027, or Later):

Pattison Lodge (Friday–Saturday): $1,250
Pattison Lodge (Sunday–Thursday): $1,000
Hartman Cabin: $300
Park Shelters: $125

Gather at Clermont County Parks

From family celebrations and reunions to weddings, community events, picnics, and group adventures, Clermont County Parks offers a variety of spaces to bring people together.

Reserve a picnic shelter at Chilo Lock 34, Kathryn Stagge-Marr, Pattison, Shor, or Sycamore Park for a relaxed outdoor gathering. Plan a wedding, reception, or special celebration at the Pattison Lodge and Gazebo, or enjoy the historic charm of Hartman Cabin and Barn for a smaller, more intimate event.

Youth, scout, civic, and other eligible groups can experience something a little different with an overnight stay in the yurts at Chilo Lock 34 Park.

Planning Your Reservation

Picnic shelters and Hartman Cabin may be reserved up to one year in advance, while Pattison Lodge reservations may be made up to 18 months in advance.

Reservations must be completed at least 7 days before the rental date.
